Jack Nixon has been on the Conservation District Board for 10 years, 2 years as an Associate Director and 8 years as an appointed
board member. This past year, Jack has served as the Chairman.
Jack has been a very dedicated member of the District. He has spent many hours of his own time mowing and maintaining the District’s Nature Center at West Park, and has been a vital part
of each and every District Program.
Jack has opted to leave the board as an appointed member due to personal reasons, but still
intends to serve as an Associate Board Member and to volunteer his time as he is able. We are very honored to have Jack as a
part of our District and are happy to name him a Director Emeritus.
